Programme from 2 days

Included:
• 4 thalassotherapy treatments daily
(1 seaweed treatment alternated with 1 massage/ body sculpting massage every other day + at least 1 group treatment per day)
• Seaweed whirlpool bath, multi-jet bath, handheld massage shower, jet shower, underwater shower
• Seaweed treatments: wraps, mud wraps, seaweed therapy
• Footbath, handbath, pressotherapy, hydrojet
• Underwater jets, lumbar pool, dynamic pool. • in-pool training, massage

Access to fitness and sports classes
(2 sessions per day, depending on availability and ability)

* Replace a group treatment with an individual treatment: 15€ supplement per treatment.
