Giving birth is an incredibly intense experience in a woman’s life. It is also a tremendous test for the body to endure.
For worried young mothers, everything necessary for baby’s everyday existence is available in-room (bed, changing station, bottle warmer etc....). Nursery and baby-sitting services.
Includes:
4 thalassotherapy treatments daily (1 seaweed treatment alternated with 1 massage/ body sculpting massage every other day + at least 1 group treatment per day) + 1 group baby massage education session
Note
• Treatment can begin 12 weeks after delivery
• Perineal training must have been done
The treatment has two main goals:
• Visible weight loss
Massages and seawraps aid body drainage, helping mother regain her beautiful figure over time.
• Relaxation
Whirpool baths with essential oils for effective relaxation. Use of a range of showerheads and jets for a gentle water massage.
Access to fitness and sports classes
(2 sessions per day, depending on availability and ability)

ESPECIALLY FOR BABY
All the essential and indispensable items for your baby’s wellbeing… crib, changing station, bottle warmer, etc. Nursery and baby-sitting service.
Includes:
Two daily treatments:
• A kinestherapist will massage the baby with an almond-based oil that helps it relax and sleep (for children from 3 to 10 months only). The mother is taught this massage technique so that she can calm her baby down at home.
• Warm seaweed bath for baby and one parent, in the presence of a hydrotherapist. This water environment recreates the fascinating relationship in-utero.
Note
The baby must be up-to-date with its vaccinations.
